Annabelle C. Bowers

Sun City Center, FL....Annabelle Campbell Bowers 91, passed away peacefully, following a brief illness, on August 19, 2012 in Sun City Center, FL. Born in Auburn, IN she graduated from high school in Butler, IN, then received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana Central College. She was the widow of USAF Colonel Charles J. Bowers of Cadiz, IN, to whom she was married from 1942 until his death in 1976. She then became a successful real estate agent in Sarasota, FL for over 25 years. She is survived by her three sons, Randy, Roger and Rick, their respective wives, Sally, Yolanda and Sue Ann, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Friday, August 24, at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown, IN. Funeral services will also be at Ballard's at 10 AM, Saturday, August 25, with burial to follow at Miller Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Charlie.
