She was born in Anderson, December 6, 1962 the daughter of Cordell and Ruth Joan Painter Campbell. She attended Pendleton heights High School and was a homemaker most of her life.
She had been preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by a daughter, Nicole Hinkley of Junction City, KS and a grandson, Noah Hinkley of Junction City, KS, her father, Cordell Carnes of Middletown, 1 sister, Shawn Renee' Carnes-Keller (Kreston) of Middletown and 1 brother, Brian Keith (Susan) Carnes of Indianapolis, nephews, Blake Carnes, Jason Carnes (Tasha), and Devin Carnes, great nieces, Lexi and Lena Carnes and great nephew Jason Carnes, Jr.
