Madison....Albert Curtis Rose, 83, resident of Madison passed away Thursday August 26, 2021 at Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison. He was born in Duluth, Kentucky, December 12, 1937, the son of Nathan and Emma H. Rogers Rose.
He retired from Delco Remy in Anderson in 1993 after 26 1/2 years of service. He attended the Valley Grove Church near Anderson.
He moved to Anderson in 1956 and then to Madison in 2017.
He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters, his parents and his wife Mescal (Patrick) Rose
Survivors include his children Donnie Ray Rose (Delilah) of Madison, Roy Curtis Rose (Nancy) of Madison, Albert Rose, Jr. (Tammy) of Madison and Gayle James Rose (Sue) of Madison and Brenda Alexander (Jeff) of Frankton, 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Joe Roysden officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service.
