Jasonville...Steve M. Hines, 70, resident of Jasonville and former resident of Middletown, passed away April 13, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana from injuries sustained a car accident.He was born in Anderson, July 20, 1946, the son of Clarence and Mary Lawson Hines.He retired from Delco Remy General Motors in Anderson.He was a member of the Jasonville Assembly of God.Survivors are his wife: Redith (Shelton) of Jasonville, children: John (Emily) Hines of Anderson and Stephanie (Tim) Tooley of Carmel, grandchildren: Alyssa and Allison Tooley and Ashlen (Jesse) Smith, brother: Jim (Carla) Hines, sisters: Nancy (Gary) High and Kathy Allee.A Service of Celebration will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.Friends may call from 11-2 on Wednesday at the funeral home.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Steve with family and friends.Memorials may be made to the Jasonville Assembly of God Youth Group at 339 West Main Street, Jasonville, IN 47438.
