Jerry Lee Moore

Jerry Lee Moore “Moses”, 75, of Anderson died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 17, 2022. He was born in Delaware County on September 2, 1947, a son of the late Alvin and Georgia Moore.
Jerry loved to ride Harley Davidson motorcycles; he was a part of ABATE Indiana. He was a skilled mechanic and worked for Cadillac Garage and Oldsmobile, Heckman Buick, and Tim Allred’s Collision Center. Jerry was very good at fixing old cars, the family all spent time at car shows with him. He was proud of being a mechanic and his accomplishments. He was exceptionally proud of rebuilding a 66 Deuce. Jerry spent time outdoors, he loved to go camping and fishing. He enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing. He was respected by many for being hard working and responsible.
Jerry is survived by 3 sons, Troy Moore, Bobby Moore, and Jody Moore; one daughter, Lisa Miller; grandchildren, Kaylee, Kinley, Jessilyn, Tyler, and Kameron Purciful; 3 brothers, Robbie Moore, Scott Moore, and Brian Moore; 2 sisters, Jeanie Stanly, and Kathi Stimson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousin, Cliff Talmage, and His Boy “Sam”.
There will be no public services for Jerry at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home Daleville Chapel.
